Our water heater went out on Memorial Day. I called Tuesday morning and was able to schedule a 2 p.m. appointment. The tech called on the way, took a look at the old one, and showed me three quote options. It was a little more than I thought it would be, but I did not want to waste any time. After I made my choice, the tech was done in about two and a half hours. The work was great, they kept our stairs clean, and the tech was very professional. Would highly recommend.

So… a few months back… the AC was being all “fritzy,” and not in a good way. Well, I was new to the area, and in Googling around, I found Bowers. And they got me all fixed up. And price-wise it felt fair. And timely-wise… epic.
Well, fast-forward 3 months… my other AC unit is having a time.
And all the same fix-quality occurred.

Wyatt and Derek were extremely knowledgeable and determined to get our system fixed! We have an older unit, and Wyatt spent countless hours working to get us cooling again. He unfortunately ran into a snag after replacing the damaged parts but was able to force the system to work so it would cool the house until the believed follow-on part needed arrived. Derek came back the following week and was able to fix the additional issue with no parts needing to be replaced. Both technicians were knowledgeable and determined to give us the best result possible given the circumstances of the situation and the age of our unit. I appreciate their business and will use them again in the future.

Pricing for hot water heater installation across the board is insane. But when you're backed into a corner to get hot water...
We ended up going with Bowers since we've used them before and paying and in lower end of the middle from the quotes we received.

I tried to DIY my sewer line by renting the auger from Home Depot. $700 later, the auger line is stuck 75 ft in my sewer line. Bowers came out, Taylor Finch and his manager Tyler; these guys pulled on the stuck line by hand for an hour straight.
Taylor was on time, honest, and very straightforward with the grim look of things if he could not get the line out.
I will forever be a Bowers customer. If you’re considering DIY, don’t. They waived the service fee for me, and I only had to pay for the work that was done!
So thankful. Bowers has some very hard working American men on the job.
The price was great. I ended up paying 470 for a camera scope, plus all the labor to get the stuck cable out of my sewer line.
The quote is $2,500 for a sewer line repair that is about 6 ft deep and 76 ft from my house!
It ended up being Ideatek drilling a fiber optic line through my sewer line!
