Veni, Vidi, Vici! Had an older bathroom faucet that gave up the ghost some time ago. Called Bowers and he came out next day. He made a few recommends of things that might need replaced sooner than later, like our sump pump still works after 39 yrs! Did not feel pressured at all. Anyway, he replaced the faucet and looks nice and no leak, so was happy. If you have owned your home for almost 40 yrs with the hard water we have here, you might as well get used to plumbing issues from time to time! None of that work is inexpensive, but if you need something repaired or replaced asap, and like things done to get back your own life give Bowers a call!

Nathan did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet for us. We would normally do this ourselves, but thought it could be repaired. Nathan explained the cost of repair compared to new, and we chose new. We purchased a new faucet, and Nathan came back the next day and installed it quickly. It looks and works great! Called Bowers after the AC in my house went out.
After Bowers' first visit, my AC was unfortunately still not working, so I initially left a very disappointed review.
Derek, presumably the owner, called me and asked me to give them a chance to make it right.
They sent out a second technician named Michael, who was very knowledgeable and did quick work in a very hot attic.
Very thankful the team at Bowers were willing to stand behind their guarantees and warranties, and made it right at no extra cost, which is well beyond what I expected them to do.
What started as, frankly, a poor experience ended on a very positive note (and a cool house, thank God).

Our water heater went out on Memorial Day. I called Tuesday morning and was able to schedule a 2 p.m. appointment. The tech called on the way, took a look at the old one, and showed me three quote options. It was a little more than I thought it would be, but I did not want to waste any time. After I made my choice, the tech was done in about two and a half hours. The work was great, they kept our stairs clean, and the tech was very professional. Would highly recommend.
