My hot water tank went out and Bowers had a technician come out to my house and remove and replace the old one very fast (about 1.5 hrs). Technician was very friendly, the quality of the install looked good, cleaned and picked up. With a full house, we needed water asap and glad Bowers was able to get me taken care of quick.

Ebuka even helped clean up debris from an old mulberry tree that we removed while he was waiting for the gas line to be located and flagged so they could start trenching for the water line! Bowers replaced the water service line to the house, all waterlines inside the house, installed a manifold, hot water tank with drip pan which included a water sensor/alarm, and repaired the drain line for the clothes washer which included new hoses. The project took only a day and a half from start to finish, which required only minor access holes in the existing basement ceiling/wall. The technicians were friendly, courteous, extremely respectful of the property, patient, answered all questions, and provided alternative solutions when things couldn't go as originally planned. They provided excellent service!
