The Bowers Team was wonderful. My house was built in the '50s, on a slab, so it presented all kinds of quirks to repair a pipe leak behind a wall. They stuck it out for 8 hours, until almost midnight, and got it done. I was very blessed to have this crew out and very appreciative.

Excellent service! Robert came out and saved the summer for our family. Our AC was not cooling our home and I tried everything YouTube suggested, but I had to hand it to the professionals at Bowers. Robert solved the issue and double-checked his work and made sure everything was working well before he left. He impressed me with his knowledge and technical abilities, so thanks to him we signed up for the gold package service which will be well worth it. Cody and Wyatt showed up when they were expected! They explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. I had 2 outdoor water faucets that were leaking that needed fixed and they were able to fix both of them efficiently and very quickly! They both were very professional and knew what they were doing! I am very pleased with their work and I am grateful that they could get it all done today in a timely manner! I highly recommend this company and I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs! Liz was very pleasant to talk to when I called to get the information and schedule my appointment! Everyone was super nice and possessed great customer service skills! I talked with Lance in the office and he helped me out tremendously with a question! I had to have a new water line installed from my well to the house. Taylor and Josh showed up at 8:00 and started trenching in 150 feet of new water line. They did an excellent job being careful not to damage anything. I called the next day with an issue and they came back out and checked it out. Discovered it wasn’t something they did but another contractor that is working in the same area. The fact that they came back out so quickly impressed me. I won’t hesitate to call them the next time I need a good plumber.

First, I received a text showing a picture and a little bio of the journeyman who was sent to clear my drain. (love that) David was very thorough. Once he hit the clog with the snake, he showed me the problem (hair). He then ran the water and ran the snake again to be sure the pipe was clear. I asked him questions and he provided many answers as I'm interested in putting in a new tub, then he got me to thinking of replacing the old piping with new. He also advised me that Bowers could provide me with an estimate, which I'm hoping to get one soon! Thank you David and Bowers Plumbing for such a fine quality job!

Bowers is a great company that treats their customers to amazing service! I first used Bowers to have routine maintenance done on my air conditioner and furnace. The technician, Robert, did a multi-point inspection of my system and was able to point out places where the previous owner of my home had not maintained the HVAC system properly and show what previous technicians had missed fixing. He also gave us advice on how to maintain our HVAC system for many years to come. He told us about their Gold Membership system that covers regular maintenance and puts away $100 a year toward future projects. Later, when I needed specific work done, I called Liz. She knew it was the middle of summer, and I was without AC. After speaking with me, she immediately called me back and told me she could get Randy (another technician) to stop by and fix everything within 15 minutes! Randy was able to take care of the immediate problem, and my air conditioner worked better than it has in years. Robert is now coming out to do preventative care that the previous home owner neglected. I was able to work with Liz at Bowers to get financing for major projects. We are planning to use Bowers again when we add a mini split in the next year or two upstairs to one of our non-air-conditioned rooms. We are so pleased with the work that Bowers has done! They truly treat their customers like friends and family. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC and Plumbing work. 😊

I had the fine folks at Bowers repair my A/C unit. Derek assessed it and determined the fan on the outside unit wasn’t working correctly and had tripped the compressor into shutting off. He suggested I get a new fan and got it working until they could get parts in. A couple of days later Robert came out during a rainstorm and replaced the fan and cleaned the unit. Good thorough work from both of them. My A/C is back up a running like a champ. I have a handful of other jobs I’ll be hiring them for in the near future.
